Well, at least he's learning something

We love our day care, but Mr and I secretly wonder if the kids just run around all day like wild animals, until they're picked up. Then last night as I was tucking B into bed (for the third or fourth time), he pointed to the letter B on one of his books and said "B! B for [his name] and B for [his best friend's name]!"

So we talked about the letter B and the sound it makes, and he said, "Well, what about lamp?" So we determined that lamp starts with a La sound, like [Southern Girl] and [Nonni], so it must start with L.

And flying frog starts with a ffff sound, so it must begin with F!

Water, though? He hasn't gotten that far down the alphabet.
